Here is what you need to know to get started with the email version of the Promotional Times Newsletter
Email Artwork- Within the custom imprint square (190 X 190 pixels), you may add your company logo, address, headshot, phone number, email, social media links etc.
Custom Header: 400 X 210 pixels
For an additional fee we can create a custom header for your newsletter or if you have access to an art department you may create your own header, send it to us and we will be happy to add it to your account.
Email Client Email List-
Once you create your account you can upload you client list to your account or our team can do that for you.
If you would like us to take care of loading your list for you please send via excel spreadsheet (.xls) or CSV file
If you need further assistance exporting contacts from email client please let us know.

Export contact list:
An email will be sent to you upon creation of your promotimes account. Within the email will be your username and password, the link displayed will redirect you to the email marketing website. This is where you will login to create additional flyers and conduct easy campaign tracking
Once your artwork is approved, we will notify you with a scheduled campaign date.
No reply communicates that the date is sufficient.
