Do you ever wonder what your business is lacking? How often do you wonder what your competitors are doing? What are your customers looking for that you’re not providing them? Are your employees treating your customers with respect? Are your customers satisfied? As an owner, you want your business to succeed and be the best it can be. These are all questions that you should ask yourself everyday. It is okay to criticize your business, as long as you are working to make it better.
Collect information from your customers. Were they satisfied? Did they receive good service? Survey your clients. Ask them questions and most importantly, let your customers know you CARE. Without them, your business would not be successful.
